SMBA Hit-A-Thon

How it Works:

  • Each player will get 3 hits. Every $20 raised is another hit. There will be a soft cap on hits depending on how much we fundraise this year.

  • Furthest hit by distance, in each division wins a prize

  • All hits will be off a tee. 

  • Fundraising closes at 6PM on Saturday June 20th

When & Where:

  • Hit-A-Thon is taking place, Sunday June 21st 2026 at Field 1

  • There will be a D.J at the park all day to keep the hitters going

How to Start Fundraising:

  • Select “I want to help fundraise” 

  • Select “Join the Team’ and search the drop down for your team.

  • Fill in your players info and your e-mail address.

  • The campaign target may be set to anything you wish

  • Click “Join”

  • You will receive your player’s fundraising link by email

  • Share this link with family and friends and instruct them to click “Donate” button.

  • Donations will automatically be credited to the individual player and their team.

Fundraising Pro Tips:

  • You may use tinyurl.com to shorten your fundraising link so it is easier to distribute.

  • You may also try qrcode-monkey.com to generate a QR code to make it easier to fundraise. The player just needs to show the QR code to anyone wishing to make a donation and after scanning it they will be brought to their donation page.

$100 Raised: Visor-style sport sunglasses

$300 Raised: Summerland Jays Hat

$500 Raised: Summerland Jays Hoodie

Top Individual Fundraiser: Receives all prizes

Distance Champions: Boy and girl with the longest hit in each division will receive a new baseball bat
