Program Overview

The 7U Baseball (Rally Cap) program builds on foundational skills while introducing young athletes to a more structured version of the game in a fun and supportive environment. Designed to develop hitting, throwing, catching, base running, and field awareness, the program emphasizes skill progression, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Through age-appropriate drills and game play, players continue to grow their confidence, understanding of the game, and love for baseball as they prepare for future levels of play.
